Hamer Way is delighted to have secured planning consent for a 5 bedroom detached family dwelling in the Cheshire Greenbelt.
Hamer Way is delighted to have secured planning consent for a 5 bedroom detached family dwelling in the Cheshire Greenbelt.
Set within a challenging site surrounded by trees, Hamer Way successfully demonstrated that a new dwelling would not harm the openness or character of the Greenbelt. The proposal sits sensitively within its context by referencing the local vernacular in a contemporary way.
The proposals on the ground floor include; a generous entrance hall with a feature staircase, a home office, a family room, and a living room with a feature fireplace, an open-plan kitchen/dining area, and a sunken sunroom leading to the terrace at the rear.
The first floor comprises the master suite with a walk-in wardrobe and luxury bathroom with its own private balcony overlooking the open fields to the rear, 3 en-suite bedrooms, and the mezzanine library from which the balcony at the front can be accessed.
Maximising the space within a constrained roof ridge height, determined by the existing adjacent houses, there are an additional guest bedroom and bathroom along with a media room in the loft space.
Hamer Way would like to thank our ambitious client for recognising the potential of this attractive site.
