Rhys's passion for creative problem-solving guided him into the field of architecture. Prior to co-founding Hamer Way, he honed his skills in London and Birmingham, contributing to various sectors, including award-winning high-end residential and civic buildings. Rhys also served as a master planner for a prominent UK house builder, strategically planning sites with up to 500 houses. This invaluable experience continues to shape his project work at Hamer Way.
With an intricate understanding of planning policy in the greenbelt and a deep enthusiasm for development, Rhys leads at Hamer Way as the Managing Director, significantly growing the business over the past 5 years.
